The location is pretty central for a lot of what's in the area. We've stayed here twice now. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms could be quieter. The place could benefit from renovation. The rates are fair. The breakfast is ok. Could be better, but not bad for what you pay.

Very nice hotel! This was my first time staying here, and I was impressed. The entire hotel is spotless, from the parking lot, to the rooms, to the public areas. Very clean, very quiet, and it's located in close proximity to a movie theater, restaurants, the interstate, and lots of shopping. My company has me staying in town here once a week for a while. I'll definitely use this hotel instead of the last one I had been staying at. This is so much nicer!

This is a great flyover hotel if you're looking to spend a night or two just south of Amherst. The rooms are a little dated but smelled and looked clean. The beds and pillows were actually comfortable, and we slept great. The hotel is next to a high traffic road, and our window faced that road, so traffic is audible. We travel with ear plugs so not a huge problem. The parking lots is also well lit. There is a complimentary breakfast with all of the usual suspects (eggs, sausage, cereal, juices, bagels, yogurt, waffles, coffee). Which did add nice value to the start of our morning. Considering the price of other local hotels and the fact we only needed it between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. it met our needs.

This place has a very friendly and helpful lady working the front desk. Rooms were basic but had everything I needed and was clean. I was happy with the stay for the price compared to the hotels in the area

My husband is a rewards member and this is the worst best western I have ever stayed at. The room is incredibly tiny, the alarm clock is broke only half of the lights work. There is no room to move in this room. The pool is broke… this …

Excellent staff. The room was very clean. The wi-fi was great. Would recommend this hotel to others. Just make sure to make reservations.

Floors are all stained, the elevator didn’t work, the weight room also had equipment that was broken. The house keeping was non existent. The staff at the front desk were constantly asleep. The breakfast was barely edible. Don’t waste your money staying here
